Oro f\u00f6r svagare konjunktur, r\u00e4ntes\u00e4nkningar som kommer f\u00f6r sent och en tvekan till att tech-j\u00e4ttarnas enorma investeringar inom AI ska b\u00e4ra frukt bidrog till det s\u00e4mre hum\u00f6ret. Marknaden v\u00e4nde dock runt under m\u00e5naden d\u00e5 det kom indikationer p\u00e5 att den amerikanska ekonomin trots allt g\u00e5r in f\u00f6r en mjuklandning och undviker en recession. FED, ECB och Riksbanken s\u00e4nkte alla sina respektive styrr\u00e4ntor under m\u00e5naden, FED med hela 50 punkter mot 25 punkter f\u00f6r de tv\u00e5 sistn\u00e4mna. Samtidigt s\u00e4nktes r\u00e4ntebanorna och i Sverige \u00e4r en dubbels\u00e4nkning sannolik den 6:e november och en ytterligare s\u00e4nkning \u00e4r m\u00f6jlig i december. Marknadens reaktioner till s\u00e4nkningarna \u00e4r fortsatt kluven \u2013 om det sker p\u00e5 grund av fallande inflation tolkas det positivt men om sk\u00e4let \u00e4r att f\u00f6rs\u00f6ka undvika en l\u00e5gkonjunktur \u00e4r reaktionen desto mer negativ. Vid de senaste s\u00e4nkningarna har den f\u00f6rsta tolkningen v\u00e4gt tyngst. M\u00e5nga marknader n\u00e5dde sina h\u00f6gsta niv\u00e5er n\u00e5gonsin, bland annat tyska DAX samtidigt som den tyska ekonomin g\u00e5r tr\u00f6gt och st\u00e5r inf\u00f6r stora strukturella utmaningar \u2013 inte minst f\u00f6r den viktiga fordonsindustrin. Mot slutet av m\u00e5naden \u00f6kade oron i och med eskaleringen av konflikten i mellan\u00f6stern vilket \u00e4ven gjorde att oljepriset steg.
