Den amerikanska centralbanken,  Fed, h\u00f6jde under m\u00e5naden r\u00e4ntan med 0,25 procentenheter samtidigt som marknaden bed\u00f6mer att fortsatta h\u00f6jningar \u00e4r m\u00f6jliga. Den svenska kronan har fortsatt att tappa i v\u00e4rde. En m\u00f6jlig f\u00f6rklaring kan vara h\u00f6gt bel\u00e5nade hush\u00e5ll d\u00e4r skulderna har korta l\u00f6ptider \u2013 n\u00e5got som kan komma att sl\u00e5 mot konjunkturen. \u00c4ven fastighetsbolagen \u00e4r i allm\u00e4nhet h\u00f6gt bel\u00e5nade. Deras framtida finansieringsm\u00f6jligheter ifr\u00e5gas\u00e4tts nu p\u00e5 allvar vilket \u00e4ven skapar en viss os\u00e4kerhet kring banksektorn. Tyskland visade p\u00e5 tv\u00e5 kvartal av negativ tillv\u00e4xt vilket i teorin betyder att ekonomin \u00e4r i recession. Samtidigt \u00e4r arbetsmarknaden stark och den tyska b\u00f6rsen, DAX, uppe p\u00e5 rekordniv\u00e5er. I USA har man slutligen kommit \u00f6verens om en h\u00f6jning av skuldtaket som ska g\u00e4lla fram till 2025.
